We offer a full nannies quarters on this level with outside
access. This is also the area inspired by the need for flexible space.
Whether for relaxing with a nice glass of wine from the wine cellar or for
parties at its full wrap around wet bar. This space also boasts a 25 foot
play area available for children or adults.
